VITM 2023 will take place in 4 days (from 13th-16th April 2023) at Friendship Culture Palace, 91 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi.

Mr. Vu The Binh, Chairman of VITA said, with the theme “Cultural tourism", VITM 2023 will encourage tourism businesses to invest in building new tourism products on the basis of developing the unique values of traditional culture and cultural heritage properties of Vietnam. The changing of visitors’ demands, the difference of cultures, customs, production activities and the lives of 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam is always attractive and draws the attention of both international and domestic visitors. VITM Ha Noi 2023 will bear a burden to leverage tourism, an important part of the cultural industry, actively contributing to the preservation of the value of Vietnam's cultural heritage, and at the same time presenting the traditional and modern culture of Vietnam to the world.

Adding to the cultural tourism theme, VNAT’s Vice Chairman Pham Van Thuy stated, tourism and culture are always closely linked, creating many attractive tourism products. Therefore, the promotion of cultural tourism development will be the core solution, the focus in contributing to the development of tourism.

VITM Ha Noi 2023 will take place with many tourism promotion activities, through business-to-business meetings (B2B); Business to Consumer (B2C) and activities of Vietnam and international tourism promotion agencies. In addition, major events such as: Forum "Development of Cultural Tourism in Vietnam"; Seminar "Reducing plastic waste in the field of tourism" will be held.

Programmes to introduce local tourism such as: "Introduction of Bac Giang - Moc Chau tourist route"; Conference to introduce and promote tourism of Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh "One journey - Four localities - Many experiences" or conference "Thai Nguyen Province tourism promotion"... International tourism promotion activities such as Nepal, Indonesia tourism promotion…

Special art performances, imbued with traditional cultural elements of art troupes from domestic and international will be on stage during the event.

According to the Organising Board, by the end of March 2023, VITM Ha Noi 2023 has received registrations of over 50 provinces and cities of Vietnam, 15 countries and territories to participate in the Mart with 450 booths and 600 exhibitors.

VITM Ha Noi 2023 is expected to welcome thousands of buyers and about 2,500 businesses to visit and work at the Mart. Businesses participating in the mart have prepared over 10,000 tours and promotional products. VITM will welcome more than 60,000 visitors in 4 days.
