(TITC) - According to the Department of Fine arts, Photography and Exhibitions, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued a Decision to organise the 2nd "Viet Nam International Photography Festival" in Binh Thuan in 2023. The 2nd photo exhibition "Viet Nam through the lens of international photographers" is a special event in the series of photography activities of this Festival.

The exhibition is an opportunity for international and Vietnamese photographic artists to exchange and introduce their creative achievements. At the same time, increasing the activities of the Visit Viet Nam Year 2023 in Binh Thuan; gathering and enriching the set of photos about Binh Thuan to promote the culture and tourism of Binh Thuan.
Participants can participate the Exhibition with the following themes: “Viet Nam through the lens of international photographers” and “Binh Thuan - Green tourism comes together”, which showcase the beauties of the country, people, culture and landscape of Viet Nam and Binh Thuan.
The subjects of the Exhibition are all professional and amateur photography artists, Vietnamese citizens at home and abroad, foreigners working and living in Vietnam.
Each author can submit up to 20 single photos. The work is composed by the photorealism method. Photo collages, false reality photos will not be allowed. Participating photos are in the forms of digital image files, JPG format, size from 2Mb - 5Mb, resolution 300dpi. At each photo file, it is necessary to specify the name of the author, nationality, the name of the photo, the location where the photo was taken (if any), the year when the photo was taken.
There is no time limit. However, photos taken within the last 3 years would be recommended. Photos that participated in the 1st "Viet Nam through the lens of international photographers" photo exhibition in 2021 will not be approved.

Regarding prizes, there are 20 Prizes of the same rank, worth 10,000,000 VND/ each. Authors whose works are exhibited will be awarded Certificate from the Organizing Committee and 01 exhibition catalogue of the 2nd photo exhibition “Viet Nam through the lens of international photographers" and other publications, gifts (if any).
