The online Culinary Map will officially launch from 8th September 2023, this is an activity in an effort to promote tourism and Vietnamese cuisine by MAGGI and TITC (VNAT) via the project "Variety of raw materials, cooking million Vietnamese dishes", aiming to bring experiences about local cuisine and ingredients, and the opportunity to discover and learn about regional cultures to the broader public.

By experiencing the online Culinary Map, users can "enjoy" the specialties of each locality, thereby understanding and appreciating the value of diversity and richness in Vietnamese cuisine. Built as a social networking platform, this map is a place for people to interact, share, and learn recipes and stories about regional culinary culture and local ingredients; From there, join hands to enrich the treasure trove of delicious recipes and spread the value of Vietnamese culinary culture to domestic and international friends.

Remarkably, from 8th September to 6th October 2023, users can join, contribute and experience the Vietnamese Culinary Map "Variety of raw materials, cooking million Vietnamese dishes" on the official website https://bientauvannguyenlieu.giadinhnestle.com.vn/. With vivid graphic design and convenient operation, users can easily access and practice dishes from all over the country, enriching the daily menu for their family and friends. Users will also have the opportunity to receive thousands of attractive gifts from the programme.

Previously, on 11th July 2023, TITC (VNAT) and MAGGI (Nestlé Vietnam Co., Ltd) signed the MoU of the strategic partnership to promote Vietnamese cuisine, culture and tourism via the project "Variety of raw materials, cooking million Vietnamese dishes".

Mr. Hoang Quoc Hoa, Director of TITC (VNAT) believes that the cooperation programme between TITC and MAGGI will contribute to promoting Vietnamese culinary brands to the world, at the same time promoting the type of culinary tourism, making Vietnam an attractive destination attracting international tourists around the globe.

Ms. Le Bui Thi Mai Uyen, Head of Food Industry Nestlé Vietnam stated, with the companionship of TITC (VNAT) and relevant units, the Vietnamese Culinary Map "Variety of raw materials, cooking million Vietnamese dishes" of MAGGI will be the confidential address for millions of Vietnamese people across the country who can contribute recipes and share stories of local culinary culture. The Online Culinary Map is expected to become a reputable information platform for anyone who wants to refer to preparing delicious dishes of each region, while also helping visitors easily learn and enjoy the specialties of each land they pass through.

Besides the launching of the Online Culinary Map, in the framework of the project "Variety of raw materials, cooking million Vietnamese dishes", MAGGI also coordinates with the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, the Sai Gon Professional Chefs Association and the Center for Research, Conservation and Development of Vietnamese Cuisine to organise the Festival "Glory of Vietnamese culinary culture", from 20th October to 22nd October 2023. At the Festival, MAGGI will coordinate with the Organising Board to display the Vietnamese Culinary Map phase 2, with 189 dishes from provinces and cities, breaking the record of phase 1 with 63 dishes.
