As revealed by the Haraco leaders, this is not an investment project but just an upgrade and refurbishment of a pair of SE19/SE20 trains to create a unique brand and identity on the Ha Noi - Da Nang route. Especially, the bed compartment of the SE19/SE20 ensure a  luxurious and cozy feelings for passengfers.

Also, the air conditioning system is now equipped with an air outlet adjustment button. Along with that, the food service carriages on the SE19/SE20 trains are re-installed with interiors so that passengers always feel comfortable and friendly when enjoying meals and admiring the scenery.

For passenger carriages, there are new water heaters and bright white ceramic sanitary equipment in the washing compartment and restroom. At the same time, technical solutions are applied to eliminate the cause of bad odors from waste containers, thus bringing a clean, luxurious feeling like at a hotel.

Along with investments in equipment, Haraco has selected a team of staff from train captains to experienced service staff, good-looking appearance and good communication skills especially in English.

The ticket fares will remain the same as currently. Specifically, the SE19 train ticket price is 10% lower than the SE3, 5% lower than SE1. Accordingly, the highest ticket price at the beginning of the week is 943,000VND/ticket whilst the highest ticket price at the weekend is VND1,046,000 /ticket. SE20 has the highest ticket price of VND854,000/ticket, 10-20% lower than SE4 and 7-20% lower than SE2.

With regard to services on the train, passengers who want to order products from the region the train passes through or products available on the train during the journey can use their smartphone to scan the QR code to access the sales website. On this page, passengers can freely choose their desired regional specialoties to enjoy on the train or bring home as gifts.
