Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 welcomed 113 exhibitors from 19 countries and territories, including 12 international booth groups. With a large exhibition area of up to 6,000 square metres, the programme is expected to attract more than 6,500 public and specialised visitors.

The event aims to promote trade, creating a bridge for international brands to get closer to importers, distributors, retailers and food and accommodation service businesses in Vietnam.

Mr. BT Tee - General Director of Informa Markets Vietnamsaid, the intersection of international ingredients and flavours has an important influence on Vietnamese cuisine. The launch of the Michelin Guide in Ha Noi marked the result of a diverse combination of culture and cuisine.

Food & Hotel Hanoi gathers hundreds of international and domestic brands together, at the same place, at the same time, helping people meet, chat and passionately discuss on how to create innovations for the Vietnamese culinary, restaurant, and hotel industries.

Mr. BT Tee added, thanks to the recovery of the tourism industry, accommodation services and culinary businesses are increasingly improving. This is also one of the goals that Food & Hotel Hanoi wishes to achieve in the first years post the pandemic - accompanying the culinary and accommodation industry in the process of recovery and moving forward.

Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 takes place in 3 days from 21st to 23rd November 2023 at International Center for Exhibition (I.C.E) Ha Noi, 91 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi, free entrance for the public to visit.
