(TITC) - The series of events will have the participation of culinary culture experts, researchers and famous chefs across the country. The highlight is the "elite reunion" night with the appearance of 12 Vietnamese culinary artisans in the 12th lunar month to establish a culinary record.
On 2nd February, in Da Nang, the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Centre and Da Nang City Tourism Association organised the Opening Ceremony of Series of Events “A Journey through Vietnam’s Cuisines” with the aim to promote the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine to domestic and foreign tourists.

Accordingly, every quarter of 2024, there will be a promotional programme by four of Vietnam's top chefs and a culinary party night to serve tourists.
The series of events will take place over 4 seasons with the following themes: Spring: Vietnamese Origins - Vietnamese Heritage Artisans; Summer: Sea scent "Da" - Flavour "Vietnamese"; Autumn: Alluvial fields; Winter: "Vietnamese New Year", "Furama New Year".
And the highlight is the "elite reunion" night with the appearance of 12 Vietnamese culinary artisans in the 12th lunar month to set a culinary record.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City Tourism Association, General Director of Furama Resort Danang said, the series of events will have the participation of culinary culture experts, researchers and famous chefs across the country.
“By telling the story of Vietnamese culinary culture, we will realise the goal of making Da Nang become a "world tourism kitchen", where chefs come to show off their talents. Different cuisines from around the world come here to serve tourists... This is one of the contents that Da Nang tourism is pursuing.”, shared Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh.

According to Mr. Gentzsch Andre Pierre, General Director of Furama - Ariyana Danang tourism complex, Furama Resort Danang is always development-oriented, associated with tourism activities and unique culinary events to honour and promote local culture.
