This is the first time in the Northwest region in general and Dien Bien in particular that the audience will enjoy the Drone light artistic light show - A flycam performance combining the lights of 200 drones lit up brightly at the Opening Ceremony of the Visit Vietnam Year - Dien Bien and Ban Flower Festival 2024 with symbols of the Fatherland Map, flying dragons, Dien Bien tourism symbols, aeroplanes, Ban Festival, Muong Thanh fields, the National Flag and symbols of tourist cities…

The art performance programmes at the Opening Ceremony of the Visit Vietnam Year - Dien Bien and Ban Flower Festival 2024 themed “Returning to Ban Flower Region” will take place at 8:10 p.m., 16th March 2024 at 7/5 Square (Dien Bien Phu City) with a duration of 80 minutes and includes 3 chapters: Dien Bien is a legendary land, Travelling on flying wings, Dien Bien Connects the flower seasons. The programme will be broadcast on VTV1 channel of Vietnam Television, broadcast live on VOV1 Voice of Vietnam and relayed by Dien Bien Provincial Radio and Television Station.
