(TITC) - The 12th edition of Food & Hotel Vietnam will return from 19 to 21 March 2024 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), 799 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024 is expected to welcome more than 300 exhibitors from more than 27 countries and territories, including: England, India, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Taiwan (China), Germany, Korea, United States, Hong Kong (China), Greece, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Japan, France, Singapore, Thailand, China, Uzbekistan, Australia, Vietnam.
Besides corporate booths, the event also has the attendance of over 21 national booths from Poland, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Taiwan (China), Denmark, Netherlands, Italy, USA, Japan, Thailand, China, and Australia. With a large exhibition area of up to 11,500 sqm, the tradeshow promises to attract more than 17,500+ specialized visitors.
Food & Hotel is held annually with alternating Northern and Southern edition. After successes in Ho Chi Minh City 2022 and Ha Noi 2023, Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024 returns in Ho Chi Minh City.
The tradeshow has an extremely diverse display list, including Bread, Pastry & Ice Cream products; Tea/Coffee; Food & Beverage; Food Service & Hotel Equipment; Food Technology / Packaging / Disposables; Hotel industry technology; Wine / Spirits / Alcoholic Beverages and Other Industrial Services.

Food & Hotel Vietnam 2024 also organizes many attractive programs, attracting a large number of contestants and cheering audiences. Typical examples are the Vietnam Talented Chef Contest (VNCC) 2024, Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC), or Vietnam Aromaster Championship (VAC). Here, young talents and the creative future of modern cuisine and mixology will be challenged and honored.
In addition, the seminar "Sustainable F&B trends and opportunities to add value to Vietnamese products" will be held on 20 March. The program "Saladplate Business Breakfast" with presentations from leading experts at GlobalData and Euromonitor about the Vietnamese market and consumer tastes.
