The festival aims to showcase, perform, and exchange culture and cuisine between domestic and international localities, thereby enhancing the promotion of Ha Giang - Asia's Leading Emerging Tourism Destination 2023.

The festival will have special art performance program under the theme: Ha Giang - Cultural colors; setting a Vietnam record of 50 foods and drinks made from buckwheat with the participation of chef experts from the Japan - Vietnam Culinary Association.

Besides, there are also a series of activities: organizing competitions and awarding typical dishes of provinces and cities; organizing cultural, cuisine, tourism exchanges; public art performance program; organizing famtrip on Asia's Leading Emerging Tourism Destination - Ha Giang; organizing workshop on  positioning Ha Giang tourism brand.

The opening of the festival takes place at 8:00 p.m. on 29 March at Square 26/3, Ha Giang City.
