(TITC) - Hue Traditional Cuisine Week 2024 is organised by Hue City People's Committee to honour, preserve and promote Hue culinary cultural values, aiming for new, attractive tourism products and organised annually to attract domestic and international tourists coming to Hue. The event contributes to make Hue one of the member cities of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in the field of culinary creativity by 2025.

Hue Traditional Cuisine Week 2024 will take place from 27th April to 1st May 2024 themed "Hue cuisine with four corners of the earth" in Thuong Bac park area, Tran Hung Dao street with the participation of culinary stalls from provinces and cities across the country and Hue City. This will be an in-depth, attractive programme about Hue culinary culture and all regions of the country, promising to bring tourists and local people new and exciting experiences about traditional and contemporary Vietnamese cuisine.
Food lovers can experience "Hue traditional culinary space" with folk and royal cuisine; Discover the quintessence of dishes from three regions (North - Central - South) at "Hue culinary space with four corners of the earth"; Enjoy the blend of traditional and modern cuisines at "Contemporary Cuisine Space"…
Residents and tourists can also watch skillful performances by Master Chefs and Vietnamese culinary artists at the "Culinary experience, enjoyment and performance space".
Along with competitions, entertainment activities, performances, and culinary cultural exchanges will be held throughout the Hue Traditional Cuisine Week. These promise to be attractive activities for tourists coming to Hue during the 30th April - 1st May holiday in Hue.
