(TITC) - As the largest tourism promotion event held annually in Ha Noi City, Ha Noi Tourism Festival 2024 is expected to bring visitors many colourful and diverse experiences. The festival hosted by the Ha Noi Promotion Agency (HPA) will take place from 26th - 28th April 2024 at Thong Nhat Park.
With the theme "Thang Long - Ha Noi, Charming Capital", this year's festival has many new and impressive features promoting attractive cultural and historical tourism destinations in Ha Noi such as: Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, Old Quarter, Ba Vi area, Soc Son, Duong Lam - Son Tay and many other locations. In particular, businesses will announce a number of new tourism products that are unique tours that bring new experiences built on the basis of historical and cultural relics of Ha Noi and localities.
The festival will have 150 booths, with many uniquely designed spaces, miniature areas, including spaces of districts in Ha Noi City, provinces and cities across the country, tourism businesses... introducing travel voucher gift products at promotional prices, displaying tourism and hotel business activities, airline activities, experience areas, food courts, the traditional craft village tourism introduction area to give visitors the opportunity to enjoy typical delicious dishes of Ha Noi.
During the days of the Festival, there are also contemporary and traditional art performances taking place continuously to bring diversity to experiential activities such as: Streets dance tournament; Flashmob Dance; Performing water puppet show "Thang Long Imperial Citadel"; Dragon dance art; Performing folk musical instruments "The heroic capital"; Ao Dai show "Golden History of Trang An"; Painting activity "Emotions inside me"…
The opening ceremony of the Festival will take place at 7:00 p.m. on 26th April 2024 at Thong Nhat Park, Tran Nhan Tong Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Ha Noi. This is an elaborate art programme with many unique performances demonstrating the strong vitality of the thousand-year-old capital. Within the framework of the festival, the Conference "Ha Noi - Cultural - Historical Tourism Destination" will also take place to exchange and discuss the current status, potentials, opportunities, and solutions to develop typical tourism products of Ha Noi in the near future.
