(TITC) - From 25th June 2024, Vietnam Airlines will relaunch the flight route connecting Ha Noi and Chengdu (China) with the frequency of 4 flights/week. This event is expected to contribute to the growth of tourist exchange between the two sides in the coming time.

For Vietnam Airlines, the Ha Noi - Chengdu route has an important meaning in the airline's international flight network development strategy, opening up a new door for visitors of both countries to explore each other's famous destinations easily and conveniently.
Particularly, with the Ha Noi - Chengdu route, Vietnam Airlines hopes to attract more Chinese tourists to visit and learn about Vietnam's famous destinations, and especially connecting flights from Ha Noi to sea areas across the country. This route is a great attraction for tourists from Chengdu and surrounding areas since this area is located deep inland in China with no sea. Meanwhile, there is an increasingly high demand to get on a summer holiday in warm, sunny waters at reasonable costs for Chinese tourists in general and Chengdu in particular.
On the occasion of re-operating the route between Ha Noi and Chengdu, Vietnam Airlines will launch a promotional programme for round-trip tickets, applicable to journeys departing from Ha Noi to Chengdu. The programme applies to tickets purchased from now until 31st July 2024, for journeys departing from 25th June 2024 to 31st July 2024. Up to now, Vietnam Airlines is operating 5 routes between Vietnam and China, with a total of 33 round-trip flights per week.
