(TITC) - According to the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, from mid-June, the Hai Phong City (Vietnam) - Lijiang (China) air route will come into operation with 3 flights/week.

Thereby, on 15th June 2024, Yunnan Tongdian Air Travel Company will launch the Hai Phong - Lijiang route and organise the opening of the above flight route.
Yunnan Tongdian Air Travel Company plans to operate the Hai Phong - Lijiang route with 3 flights/week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays every week and starting from 15th June 2024 to 14th June 2025.
Currently, the licensing procedures for the Hai Phong - Lijiang charter flights have basically been completed.
Representative of Yunnan Tongdian Air Travel Company hopes that Hai Phong City will support to propagate the launching of new routes and strengthen connections between businesses in developing tourist routes between Lijiang (China) and Hai Phong (Vietnam).
Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Le Khac Nam said, Hai Phong City leaders always support the launching of new flights to and from Cat Bi International Airport from foreign localities.
Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City expects that the Hai Phong - Lijiang flight route officially coming into operation will not only promote the common development of the two localities, enhance the exchange of understanding, but also meet the demands of trade exchange between the two localities, as well as travel of city residents and investors from China.
