Da Nang organizes campaign to attract Korean tourists

(TITC) – In order to continue attracting Korean tourists, Da Nang Department of Tourism organizes campaign "Enjoy Danang Again" from 15th July to the end of 2024. The campaign will bring an extremely interesting experience for Korean tourists when returning to the city.

Specifically, Korean tourists will be given a souvenir of a lovely umbrella with stylized images of symbols and prominent destinations of the city along with attractive incentive packages and discounts from 4-5 star hotels, entertainment at Danang Downtown, Charming Show, culinary, shopping, spa, and transportation.

Korean visitors will receive souvenirs and check in at Tourist Support Center in Da Nang International Airport. Visitors can scan the QR code to receive tourism publications and program information.

During the 2015 - 2019 period, Korea was in the top three international source markets to Da Nang. From 2022, right after reopening to international visitors, Da Nang has recorded outstanding growth in the number of Korean visitors.

Total number of Korean visitors staying in Da Nang in the first 6 months of 2024 is estimated of more than 822 thousand, an increase of 40% over the same period in 2023.
