(TITC) – Ha Noi, Quang Ninh, and Ninh Binh have planned to ensure transportation, accommodation, prepare presentations, and train chefs to serve a delegation of 4,500 guests from an Indian pharmaceutical corporation. The group's owner, one of India's richest billionaires, is expected to be in Vietnam with the delegation.

Vietravel - the tour operator welcoming the group of guests, informed he group will be divided into 6 small groups, taking flights to Vietnam from August 26 to August 28. Each group is expected to travel for 4-5 days, visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Hoa Lo Prison Relic, Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam (Ha Noi), Ha Long Bay (Quang Ninh), and Trang An scenic area (Ninh Binh). Local authorities at the destinations have plans to support the group.
Quang Ninh Department of Tourism will organize a welcoming ceremony with a lion dance. The group will visit route 1 of Ha Long Bay, including Thien Cung Cave, Dau Go Cave, Cho Da Islet, Ba Hang Cave, Dinh Huong Islet, and Trong Mai Islet. The Quang Ninh Department will also carefully prepare for the guests such as guide of destination information in Hindu language and preparing Indian food.
Ninh Binh Department of Tourism coordinated with relevant units to inspect and make detailed plans to improve the reception, traffic flow, and arrangement of means of transport for tourists. Dozens of international tour guides have been arranged to serve Indian group visiting Trang An, Tam Coc Bich Dong by boat.
