The 19th Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2023 takes place from 6th to 9th April with the theme “The intersection point - A lively journey” associated with the message of the programme “Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City”. Mr. Nguyen Trung Khanh, Chairman of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) attended and spoke at the event.
