(TITC) - Vietnam tourism was named in 48 Asia’s Leading award categories at the 31st World Travel Awards (WTA) Asia & Oceania Gala Ceremony 2024, taking place on 3rd September in Manila, Philippines.

(TITC) - On 6th September, the Workshop on promoting responsible tourism for nature, wildlife and no ivory trade took place in the framework of the International Travel Expo Ho Chi Minh City (ITE HCMC 2024).

(TITC) - At the 31st World Travel Awards Asia & Oceania Gala Ceremony 2024, Vietnam was named Asia’s Leading Nature Destination for the 3rd time in a row since this category was introduced six years ago, affirming the outstanding potential and value of Vietnam’s natural landscape and ecology.  

(TITC) – Data from General Statistics Office shows that the number of international visitor arrivals to Vietnam in August 2024 was 1.43 million, up 24.5% over the previous month and 17.7% over the same period last year. In Jan - Aug 2024, the total was nearly 11.4 million, a 45.8% rise compared to the same period last year and 1.0% higher than 2019.
